Is Anybody Using the AgentExchange?

Remember the buzz when Salesforce announced AgentExchange? Billed as the AppExchange wing dedicated to Agentforce tools and AI-powered agents, it was a central push of TDX 25 as the next big marketplace in the ecosystem.

Fast forward to today, and the question is: who’s actually using it?

AgentExchange officially launched in March 2025, though some listings go back as far as September 2024 (like this one), so its “official” age is a little fuzzy. Either way, it’s live and open for business at agentexchange.salesforce.com—not to be confused with agentexchange.com, which is a completely different thing.

So, with a year or so in the books, let’s take a look at what’s actually out there!

So… How Popular Is AgentExchange?

The AgentExchange homepage

There are 115 listings currently available (compared to over 9000 on the AppExchange), and the activity level feels very early days.

  • Sorting by popularity, the top result has no ratings or reviews.
  • Second place: 2 reviews.
  • Third and fourth: also 0 reviews.

If you sort by review count, the most-reviewed listing—SAP Integration for Agentforce—has 8 reviews total. The runner-up has 2. The next 8 apps in the “Top 10” combine for six reviews.

So yeah—it’s still waiting for liftoff.

That said, let’s see what’s actually out there (and being installed) by taking a look at 3 entries from brands we recognize!

1. Docusign for Agentforce

Docusign’s agent listing

Price: Free
Reviews: None
Agent Actions: 1

Highlights:

  • Stay in the Flow of Work — sellers can generate and send agreements without leaving Salesforce.
  • Connect with Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform for deeper workflow insights.
  • Initiate the signing process directly from Agentforce.
  • Move from quote to signature faster.
  • Docusign claims up to 79% faster document turnaround times.

Initial Reaction: The functionality sounds great, but “Agentforce” feels like an add-on word here. The listing reads more like a standard Docusign integration page than an Agentforce-specific tool. There’s no obvious evidence of autonomous agent capabilities in play—yet.

2. ZoomInfo Revenue Agent for Agentforce

ZoomInfo’s agent listing

Price: $120 USD/user/year (Paid Add-On Required)
Reviews: None
Agent Actions: 9
Topics: 9

Highlights:

  • Real-Time Account Intelligence: Transform questions into actionable insights—surface buying groups, contacts, and new hires in key positions.
  • Intelligent Contact Discovery: Reveal new stakeholders, verify contact data, and find hidden decision-makers.
  • Contact Data Management: Import and enrich CRM records right from Agentforce.

Initial Reaction: This one at least feels more like a real Agentforce integration—AI-driven, data-focused, and action-oriented. But with no reviews and no demos, it’s hard to tell how “autonomous” it actually is. Still, ZoomInfo’s data engine plus Salesforce agents could make for a strong combo.

3. Vonage Agentforce Identity Insights and Fraud Detection

Vonage’s agent listing

Price: Free
Reviews: None
Agent Actions: 0
Topics: 0

Highlights:

  • Enhanced Agent Productivity: Automates number verification, flags high-priority calls, and displays real-time insights inside Agentforce.
  • Improved Customer Experience: Tailors interactions based on number data (like time zone) and flags suspicious activity.
  • Seamless Integration: Works with Agentforce Actions and APIs for dynamic workflows.

Use Cases:

  • Lead validation and fraud detection during record creation.
  • Real-time phone number verification.
  • Custom alerts for potential fraud.

Initial Reaction: This one reads like it really leans into the capabilities of Agentforce, and outlines use cases that feel valuable - but it also seems to contain no topics or actions, so it’s unclear, again, how much this really brings to the table “Agent-wise”. And with no reviews, it’s again tough to tell what’s really in the box.

Verdict: AgentExchange Is Still in Beta—Culturally, If Not Technically

AgentExchange is a fascinating idea that’s not quite found its audience yet. The listings exist, but the lack of reviews suggests few orgs are actively experimenting with these tools—or if they are, they’re not talking about it publicly yet.

Salesforce is clearly positioning Agentforce as the connective tissue for AI agents, workflows, and trusted data, but AgentExchange needs a community push: real use cases, real reviews, and real feedback.

Until then, it feels more like a showroom than a marketplace.

Keep working hard, smart, and happy. We’ll see you in the cloud!
