Is Anybody Using the AgentExchange?
Posted on November 6, 2025 (Last modified on November 7, 2025) • 4 min read • 680 wordsWhat’s Actually Out There?
Remember the buzz when Salesforce announced AgentExchange? Billed as the AppExchange wing dedicated to Agentforce tools and AI-powered agents, it was a central push of TDX 25 as the next big marketplace in the ecosystem.
Fast forward to today, and the question is: who’s actually using it?
AgentExchange officially launched in March 2025, though some listings go back as far as September 2024 (like this one), so its “official” age is a little fuzzy. Either way, it’s live and open for business at agentexchange.salesforce.com—not to be confused with agentexchange.com, which is a completely different thing.
So, with a year or so in the books, let’s take a look at what’s actually out there!
There are 115 listings currently available (compared to over 9000 on the AppExchange), and the activity level feels very early days.
If you sort by review count, the most-reviewed listing—SAP Integration for Agentforce—has 8 reviews total. The runner-up has 2. The next 8 apps in the “Top 10” combine for six reviews.
So yeah—it’s still waiting for liftoff.
That said, let’s see what’s actually out there (and being installed) by taking a look at 3 entries from brands we recognize!

Agent Actions: 1
Highlights:
Initial Reaction: The functionality sounds great, but “Agentforce” feels like an add-on word here. The listing reads more like a standard Docusign integration page than an Agentforce-specific tool. There’s no obvious evidence of autonomous agent capabilities in play—yet.
Price: $120 USD/user/year (Paid Add-On Required)

Agent Actions: 9

Initial Reaction: This one at least feels more like a real Agentforce integration—AI-driven, data-focused, and action-oriented. But with no reviews and no demos, it’s hard to tell how “autonomous” it actually is. Still, ZoomInfo’s data engine plus Salesforce agents could make for a strong combo.

Use Cases:
Initial Reaction: This one reads like it really leans into the capabilities of Agentforce, and outlines use cases that feel valuable - but it also seems to contain no topics or actions, so it’s unclear, again, how much this really brings to the table “Agent-wise”. And with no reviews, it’s again tough to tell what’s really in the box.
AgentExchange is a fascinating idea that’s not quite found its audience yet. The listings exist, but the lack of reviews suggests few orgs are actively experimenting with these tools—or if they are, they’re not talking about it publicly yet.
Salesforce is clearly positioning Agentforce as the connective tissue for AI agents, workflows, and trusted data, but AgentExchange needs a community push: real use cases, real reviews, and real feedback.
Until then, it feels more like a showroom than a marketplace.
Keep working hard, smart, and happy. We’ll see you in the cloud!
