We are almost done with winter, and I’ve just realized that! I don’t think I’ve made any winter related jokes in my posts either! And even worse, I still haven’t thought of something! So I guess you should sit back, open up your calendars and get planning, while I think of something clever for next week’s post before it’s too late..

If you are a nonprofit or work with nonprofits and want to know more about what is included in Marketing Technology then stop by the Portland, OR Nonprofit User group’s Monthly Meeting! On Monday, February 15th at 6:00pm (PST) they will help you build out your roadmap for 2021 with this technology! It’s recommended that Salesforce Admins, Marketers and Communication Directors all attend this meeting together.
On Tuesday, February 16th at 9am (PST) the Salesforce Marketing Team is kicking off the day with Customer Loyalty. In this session, the speakers will talk about the future of customer loyalty and how Loyalty Management Programs empowers businesses in areas such as growing relationships, and increasing value.
Next at 4pm (MST) Colorado Salary Survey is being hosted by the Denver, CO Admin group. The salary survey results are from 2020 and if you haven’t already done so and live in CO, they are asking you to fill out their survey about salaries before the meeting. Additionally, they will be giving a demo of a new Chrome extension that is supposed to make Admins lives a little easier.
The Women in Tech Portland, OR group is hosting their first ever WIT Office Hours at 5pm (PST)! They are here to talk to you about any issue in your org or a design option for a particular solution; they are just here for you!
Integratons behind Connecting with Salesforce at 5pm (PST) is hefty with information. The Denver, CO Salesforce Developers group is going to talk about various techniques about getting data out of Salesforce and how integration technologies can make the lives of Devs and Admins easier. They will talk about the integration world and patterns of Salesforce, as well as real world applications. Devs, IT leaders and anyone interested learning about integration should attend this 2 hour meeting!
On Thursday, February 18th at 9am (PST) Salesforce is going to help you understand the impact of the digital transformation that occurred. Salesforce saw from their study how and why certain channels performed better than others, and how different investment priorities and business decisions impacted companies during 2020. They will cover topics like shifts in B2B and B2C engagement, how sales roles have changed, consumer insights, and the emergence of the hybrid model in B2B commerce.
Lastly, if you have any interest in flows and need some help, the Los Angeles, CA Nonprofit User group is hosting Get into the Flow. This training session is 10am (PST) and will give you a walkthrough of Salesforce Flows.
Last week we talked about Spring ’21 Highlights in the Seattle, WA Admin Group Meeting. The Bozeman Nonprofit User group, hosted Volunteers for Salesforce w/ BackPack Beginnings to talk about how BackPack Beginnings uses volunteers for Salesforce (kind of self explanatory). Salesforce managers and directors discussed CSPs in How CSPs Can Drive Subscriber Growth and Satisfaction with Communications Cloud. In Marketing Cloud January 2021 New Feature Overview, product experts talked about the new features to Audience Studio, Social Studio, Einstein and several other products.
The Women in Tech Denver, CO group hosted a Galentine’s Day Virtual Social! The Bellingham Nonprofit User group hosted a Virtual Meet-Up that focused on fundraising campaigns using Salesforce. Then we had another Virtual Happy Hour! hosted by the Women in Tech from Salt Lake City, UT group.
