Get ready to enjoy a cool summer breeze with sunny beach vibes. This latest addition to the community conferences will take Trailblazers to Southern California. SoCal Dreamin’ brings excitement and innovation with tailored sessions, workshops, and discussions on the latest trends and best practices.
This one-day event will occur at the Marina Park at 8:00 am PST.
Mid-to-high-70s weather during the day, followed by a mid-to-high-60s leading up to the night. You cannot ask for a better combination of sunny skies with a cool summer breeze all through the night. This could potentially be the best SoCal weather for this one-day event. If you plan to attend, enjoy it!
Being the first iteration of this community conference, don’t anticipate a large-scale audience with lots of sponsors and attendees spread across a massive venue. However, take this inaugural opportunity to share knowledge, connect with others, and help establish this event for many years to come.
That being said, there will be lots of standard “Dreamin’” activities taking place, such as hands-on workshops and sessions that cover a broad range of topics like: Leveraging ChatGPT, Learning New Low Code, Business Core Values, Productivity Practices, and more.
The event kicks off at 8 am and runs until 8 pm. The agenda should go live anytime between now and go time. If interested create an account, and register, to attend.
This event will include a Keynote Panel with various WIT (Women in Tech) speakers and a couple of hosts. This should promise to be a huge audience draw!
First up on the panel list is Marissa Rosen, COO of Global Salesforce Industries. She’s been part of Salesforce for 8+ years.
Also on the panel will be Cynthia Qiao, Salesforce Engagement Director. She’s been with Salesforce for over 10+ years.
Next up is Christine Smith, Sr Manager of Business Strategy over at Northwell Health.
Elizabeth Southerland, Sr Executive Consultant — Salesforce Practice over at CoreFlex Solutions will also be part of the panel.
The last member of this Keynote panel is Sierra Valenzuela—Phillips Technical Account Manager over at Own Company. A company sponsor for this event.
Tracie Hart and Ross Burton will be the hosts who will introduce the panel and have the audience engage throughout the entire segment. Anticipate this panel to kick off the event, but keep an eye out on their site once more details are provided.
This event, just like many others, provides activities before, during, and after the event to enjoy with Trailblazers. Whether you are reconnecting with an existing friend or colleague to meeting someone face-to-face for the first time. Take time to initiate down-to-earth conversations with the person right next to you.
Wine, beer, and other drinks along with some appetizers and food may be served during each activity but vary from place to place. Leverage these moments to learn more and make connections that may nudge your career opportunities to their next level.
Let us know why you plan to attend these community conferences so we make sure to do our research and include them in our next installment!
Until next time keep working hard, smart, and happy. And we’ll see you in the cloud!
